
I can't tell my sisters that I am eating Paleo again or they will tease me! SO shhhh! Not looking forward to passing up a few treats this holiday season, but worth it for the Norcal40 goal. :) There are lots of yummy paleo treats.

Power Cleans. Gary had us really work on skills today. I felt really good and he used the words "text book" when he watched mine! Whooohooo! That totally made my day. I worked up to a 125# power clean. I thought it was a PR, but I have done a 130# clean and jerk. Oh well.
