
Sooo..made it to week 4 of 7. I have been feeling really good up to this point. Totally eating Paleo, but then this week sort of hit a wall. Felt like I needed a cheat. SO foggy headed and losing weight. I have been SO busy and stressed. My whole thing with my grandma being ill, parent conference reports, final week at the volunteer project, teaching full time, shadowing at the gym..... and then taking care of my family.... just seemed like I fell off the wagon. I sort of knew that I was going to EAT a lot on Thanksgiving and I used that as an excuse to not eat perfectly this week. Funny how it is such a slippery slope for me.
We had a VERY quiet Thanksgiving because my parents are up with my Grandma and my sisters are both doing other things, so we just had a nice day here. Lots of yummy food and watched movies. It sort of cold and rainy out and we built a fire and just snuggled in for the day. I am looking forward to a fresh start in the morning now that Tday is over. :)
