Week 2

Whooohooooo! Week 2! Feeling great! I took out dairy and grains this week and feel fine. I am also still trying to get lots of sleep each night. :) Yes.. that means I go to bed early!

Monday, Nov. 7
Front Squat 3RM
then, running clock:
400m run
3 Knee to Elbow - 3 Push Up
6 Knee to Elbow - 6 Push Up
9 Knee to Elbow - 9 Push Up..
…at 8 minute mark, 800m run for time.
Start with a 400m run, complete ascending ladder as far as possible until 8 minute mark, then right into 800m run.
Score is reps and 800m time. I made it to 15 reps.

Tuesday, Nov. 8
Row 2000 meters - sprinting for 250m and cruising for 250m.
Then:
12-9-6-3
Hang box clean/ ab mat sit up.
Objective : accuracy, plyos.
Challenging move, but fun to do.

Wednesday, Nov 9
Workout:
Press
5-5-5
2 Rounds:
Each arm
3 Turkish get ups
10 Russian KBS
400m Run

Thursday, Nov. 10
Rest

Friday, Nov. 11
400 m run for time....
4 rounds - start on each 3 min cycle
descending split times.
Then...
1 min of burpees
1 min of 15 KBS
4 rounds

Saturday, Nov. 12
Back Squat Complex
25 squats - each time I rest then I can only rest 30 seconds.
135# - I am SOOOO SORE!
