We had a great day today at the Santa Cruz Crossfit Challenge.
I did a workout called Grace and also did a amrap workout with my team that included running, kbs, wall balls, pull ups.
It was a lot of fun and I love the community of people that I workout with.

So this workout is a tricky one for me because I can split jerk way more than I can squat.
I feel like a dork because I know that I should be able to squat more, but my upper body is stronger.
I need to change that and plan on making that a goal.

then, creative and challenging rope climb work
I climbed the rope with no feet and tried to climb it in a tuck position. hard!

SOOOO this one will be one that I remember. Pushed 230# on the prowler and then my hamstring cramped up and I thought I was going to throw up. Fun times. haahaha. So needless to say... I did a 35# pull up and called it a day. No KBS or running for me.
