
The gym is doing a 7 week challenge. This first week was a test week. We tested two named WOD's, Helen and Christine! We also are doing one lift - back squat and one gymnastic more - handstand push ups! I am really excited about doing this because we will be working specifically on these things for 7 weeks and then retesting. I hope to make improvement. One thing I am adding is that I am not eating any sugar and trying to sleep 8-10 hours each night. If I don't do better then I guess I can just eat candy and party all night. Wahahaha!
