One time through deadlift, power clean, front squat “complex” constitutes one set.
5 sets constitutes one round.
Once first deadlift is picked up you can’t rest barbell on ground again within round.
Rest as much as need between rounds.
Then 500m Row for time! Finally broke a record. 1:58!

Turkish get up…at standing 5kbs.
3x on each right and left
800M run
