Level ONE Cert! Whoohoooo!

I really just had the best weekend. I went to the Level One Crossfit Certification. I learned SO much and enjoyed every minute of it. It was exhausting, but I feel so energized. I have always thought that Crossfit was the best program for me, but know that I can help so many friends and family! Very excited to train friends if given the chance.

Press - work up to a heavy 3 rep. 103#
Run 3 800's for time. Increasing intensity. 3min 22sec. 90%


Wednesday 8/1
