Sunshine



The warm days are making me SO HAPPY!

Need to update my workouts..... but I think I will skip a week. :)

SOooo.. this week so far.
7/18 - Monday!
6 am Workout:
2 minutes of work/ 1 minute of rest at each of the following stations:
Wall Ball (14#) I got 48... 30 the first min. and well.... only 18 the second. :)
Burpee/ pull up
Box jump
Row for calories
K2E
Run 400 m
Repeat all stations 1 minute work/ 30 second rest

6 pm - Run a 10k

7/19 Tuesday!
6 am Workout
Workout:
5 Rounds:
20 Double Under
10 Power Snatch (65#)
20 Double Under
10 Ring Dip
20 Double Under
1 minute Rest
This wod was HARD!! I did it in 21 min. I was a sweaty mess!!

6 pm - Row and Shoulder Press 3x3 (88#)


7/20 - Wednesday!
Bench 3x3 - 117#

Then - 10 wtd forward lunge (25#)
10 wtd backward lunge
10 push ups
3 rounds.
This only took a couple of min, but my legs are still tired from my run. :)

Then - Prowler push relay.

7/21 Thursday!
Workout:
Complete 25 Deadlifts at a percentage of your max.
Weight you chose should put you at 2-5 reps per set.
Rest 30 seconds between sets.
Go until you complete 25 Deadlifts. (I used 165#)
This workout made my lower back really sore. Yipes.

7/22 Friday!
