Looking forward to heading to the Crossfit Games this weekend in LA. I am amazed at the strength and dedication of these athletes. It is fun to watch them push themselves and compete!
Monday's Workout! 7/25

Workout:
“Crossfit Blackjack”
Each round is 7 minutes work and 3 minutes of rest and requires a “buy in” of 21 reps to start the AMRAP
21 Front Squats (65#)
With remaining time AMRAP
20 double unders
10 box jumps
Rest 3 minutes
I got 6 rounds
21 Power Cleans (83#)
AMRAP
7 wall ball (20/14)
7 pull ups
Rest 3 minutes
6 rounds again
21 Deadlifts (155#)
AMRAP
5 HSPU
10 squats
I think I got 5 rounds... not sure, but very happy to get 5 reps on my hspu's!
I have been doing 10 hand stand push ups after every workout for months. I can't believe how long it takes to build the strength. I can do 5 in a row on a very good day.
6 pm workout -
10K run... I had to walk several times because my knee was being weird.
Tuesday 7/26
21 OH Squats (65#)
21 push ups
Run 150 m sprint
15 OHS
15 Push ups
Run 100 m sprint
9 OHS
9 Push ups
50 m sprint
This workout was fast.... under 7 min. and the weight was light. Still a good one!
I think it is one of the workouts in the games for the masters. They will kill it!
