Summer!!


Monday 6/20
Workout:
5 rounds
30 squats
4 muscle ups or 7 pull ups/ 7 dips
10 power snatch (65)

This workout felt pretty good considering my finger is all stitched up.
I was able to only do 2 mu's per round and had to do 4 pull ups and 4 dips to make up for it.

Tuesday 6/21
Workout:
Strength :Deadlift 5-5-5 (155#)
This is a lot lighter than normal - the grip on the DL was painful on my dang finger. OUCH.

Conditioning:
3 rounds
5 thrusters, 10 push ups, 400M run


Wednesday 6/22
Make a ROCK wall! Whoohoooo!


Thursday 6/23
Workout:
5 rounds for reps:
1 min of burpee pull-ups
15 sec rest/transition
1 min - amrap of 3 Handstand pushups, 7 squats
15 sec rest/transition
1 min – amrap 4 knees to elbows, 6 matt nasties
1 min rest
Averaged about 60 reps per round.


Friday 6/24
Workout:
With a partner:
7 min AMRAP:
200m prowler push/sandbag carry (alternatning partners)
rest 4 min.
7 min AMRAP:
300m row (alternating partners)
rest 4 min.
7 min. AMRAP:
15 box jumps
15 db push press (25#) (alternating partners)

Worked out with Michele on this one and it was crazy hard, but also fun. Happy to be able to push that prowler and not have it hurt my foot at all. I get my stitches out on Monday and I am looking forward to it!!!! Well - not the actual removal part - but the fact that there won't be little black stings in my finger. :)
