3.5 Days to GO!


Had to post this cute picture of my nephew Houston.

On the countdown until I am out for the summer! I have had a wonderful year with the kids, but it is always nice to spend the days in the garden or at the beach! Yea!

I was back in the gym this week and tried to row instead of run. Ankle is feeling a little better.

Monday 6/6
20 cals on the rower
30 burpees to plate (jump onto 45#plate)
40 ground to overhead (45/35)
50 toes to bar
100m overhead lunge (45/25)
150 m sprint


Tuesday 6/7
Workout:
Work up to 1 heavy set of 5 in the front squat.
Then:
Rack Jerk, Dump, clean the bar into the rack and add weight. Do this to at least 80%

Wednesday 6/8
Workout:
3x 800M row for time with 4 minute recovery.
400M recovery row.
4×200M row for time.

Thursday 6/9
1000m run
30 handstand pushups
1000m row
I did run on this wod. I probably shouldn't have, but I took it easy.
The hspu's took me FOREVER! But I did them all!
Total time: 20 min!

Friday 6/10
7 rounds:
7 Power Snatches (65#)
7 Box Jumps (20″)

Saturday and Sunday - Rest
